Policies : 

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. Please know that every consideration is given to late cancellations and missed appointments before applying cancellation charges and every attempt is made to contact the client before any such fees are applied.

Cancellation  policy:

Peace.Love.Wax. has a discretionary 12-hour Cancellation Policy.  This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled; thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and consideration for other clients.  There is a potential $20.00 fee incurred for cancelling with less than 12 hours notice.  Please note that we understand that sometimes things pop up unexpectedly - SOME notice is better then NO notice, so please make every effort to let us know if you will be unable to make your appointment. 

Late  arrivals:

Arriving 15+ minutes late will deprive you of your full service time, thus not permitting your service(s) to be completed in their entirety. To avoid delaying our next clients, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived.  We will make every effort to complete your service(s) in the time allotted, however, please note that depending on time constraints this may not be possible.

no-shows:

In the event the client is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, a $20.00 fee will be incurred.  This fee will be either be added to your next appointment or can be settled over the phone via credit card.
